Skylar, a 34-year-old childcare center director, collaborated with us, North Tulsa Forward, and the Cherokee Nation to turn her dream of owning a home into reality during the 2024 Blitz Build with Clark Howard.

Her advice: "Do it now! People think it’s just for those with kids, but you don’t need children to qualify. They guide you through the process, and you get a brand-new house! You can’t top that."
