ABOUT WOMEN BUILD 2024
At Green Country Habitat for Humanity, we believe in the power of women to lead and create positive change. Women Build is a unique opportunity for women-led teams to join forces, roll up their sleeves, and work together to build safe, affordable homes for families in need.

LOCATION: East Easton Street & North Atlanta Place, Tulsa OK 74110
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A WOMEN BUILD PARTICIPANT:
Women Build is a single-day, wall raising event open to participating sponsor teams.
All teams will gather at 8:30 AM on Sept 18th to kick off Women Build together before heading to their assigned build sites.
At the build site, teams will receive instruction from a Green Country Habitat construction supervisor who will remain onsite throughout the build.
Water and breakfast snacks will be provided.
All protective gear, tools, and supplies will be provided.
Participants must wear closed-toed shoes and are encouraged to bring sunscreen, additional water, and snacks. Teams can also bring lunch to enjoy onsite together.
Volunteers must be aged 18 or over.
No previous construction experience is necessary.
