Donation Guidelines
To better serve our customers, we have established specific criteria for acceptable goods. Please adhere to the guidelines outlined below.
For large business or estate donations, please contact our Retail Product Sourcing and Logistics Coordinator at 539-208-2345 or mellard@greencountryhabitat.org to coordinate planning and resources.
We do not accept items that are unsellable, including those with rips, stains, odors, or excessive pet hair. Items with safety risks, recalls, or hazardous chemicals are also prohibited. All donations must be in good working condition, as we do not offer repairs or restoration.

All donations are tax-deductible. Criteria are subject to change, and some items may be declined due to safety or marketability concerns. If unsure whether your donation qualifies, please call 918-359-5555.
Free Donation Pickup
At least two large items (Items that cannot fit in your vehicle; eg. couch, dining table, bed frame, refrigerator, etc.).
We do not accept mattresses, box springs, older electronics, used paint, unframed mirrors, or hazardous materials.
Donated items are picked up Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday between 9AM - 4PM.
You may also drop off donations at any of our locations. Please check drop-off hours for the location you plan to visit.
