Eligibility Requirements
Legal U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident.
Willing to partner with Green Country Habitat for Humanity and complete Educational Equity Hours.
A credit score of 600 or higher.
Have not owned a home in the last 3 years.
Please make sure your household meets the requirements before applying. If you do not yet meet the requirements, our HUD-certified counselors can help you create a plan to work toward them.
Downpayment assistance determined for qualified applicants. Additional down payment assistance may be offered subject to availability. Some restrictions apply.
Orientation Meetings:
We offer in-person and virtual orientations. You will find a link to access the virtual meeting via Zoom after registering for orientation. For virtual orientations, you must log in by the starting times listed below. No one will be admitted after the orientation starts. Cameras must also remain on throughout your virtual orientation.
Orientation Schedule
Monday 12 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday 5:45 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday 12 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Thursday 5:45 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Friday 12 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Current Homes for Sale
Our new homes in North Tulsa, East Tulsa, and Wagoner feature thoughtful, energy-efficient designs with open-concept kitchens, built-in pantries, separate utility rooms with washer/dryer hookups, and spacious closets. Most homes offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a one-car garage, along with luxury vinyl plank and porcelain tile flooring and low-E double-paned windows for comfort and efficiency.
