Eligibility Requirements

  • Legal U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident.

  • Willing to partner with Green Country Habitat for Humanity and complete Educational Equity Hours.

  • A credit score of 600 or higher.

  • Have not owned a home in the last 3 years.

Start the Application

  1. Schedule an Intro to Habitat Orientation Meeting (Kids are welcome!)

  2. Attend the Habitat Orientation Meeting

  3. Complete the Application

  4. Once accepted into the program, submit required documents for a Credit Review.

    • Current Paystubs (30 days)

    • Prior 2 Years Taxes & W2's

    • 2 Months of Bank Statements

  5. If approved, complete the required Homebuyer Education Courses
