Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering with us is not only rewarding but also a lot of fun! Whether you join us at one of our four ReStore locations or participate in our Wall Build events, you’ll be making a meaningful impact in your community. (Please note: volunteers must be 18 years or older to participate.)

ReStores

Volunteers across our four ReStore locations help further Green Country Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build homes, communities, and hope. Volunteers receive and handle donations, greet and assist customers, stock shelves, organize inventory, and more. If you’re interested in volunteering in our ReStores, please click the button to register. To learn more about our four ReStore locations, visit our Green Country ReStore site.

Wall Builds

Volunteers build the walls that provide the framework for our high-quality homes! No construction knowledge or skills necessary, we’ll provide all the tools and training you need. If you’re interested in volunteering in our Wall Builds, please click the button to contact our volunteer coordinator.

 Group Volunteer

At Green Country Habitat for Humanity, we rely on the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of our donors to keep our homes affordable for local families. Whether you’re skilled in real estate research, construction, or other areas, there’s a place for you in our mission. Your time and talents make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most. To inquire about our various group volunteering opportunities, contact us.

 AmeriCorps Volunteer

AmeriCorps volunteers dedicate a year of their lives to public service.

Habitat AmeriCorps is part of the growing national service movement. In partnership with Habitat organizations throughout the U.S., our program places AmeriCorps members to serve in the field and in the office to build and repair homes, expand housing services and engage the community. A service term with Habitat provides hands-on nonprofit experience that allows members to learn and develop lifelong skills and confidence. Our members serve a critical role in helping Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and self-reliance they need to build a better future for themselves and their families.
