Investing in North Tulsa’s Future
Driven by the rising costs of homeownership and inspired by Habitat for Humanity International's focus on Black homeownership, Green Country Habitat for Humanity launched the North Tulsa Initiative in 2021. This five-year plan aims to build 250 affordable homes in North Tulsa. Through partnerships, the initiative seeks to stabilize the local real estate market and empower families, especially Black Tulsans, to achieve generational wealth and improved well-being through homeownership.
