This in-person series covers budgeting, credit repair, banks and banking, interest, car purchase, and retirement. The course is taught by MidFirst Bank staff and conducted in modules over a two-day period. Class I duration 2.5 hours. Class II duration 4 hours.

Good Neighbor
This in-person course covers important information to keep you on the right side of the city and your neighbors – yard maintenance, trash and debris, inoperable motor vehicles, parking, illegal business, fencing, and trees. Class duration 1.5 hours.
Lawn Care
This in-person course, taught by volunteers from the Tulsa Master Gardeners, covers care tips for the flowering plants and shrubs planted in front of every Habitat home, as well as lawn maintenance, tree planting, and horticulture related to Oklahoma gardening zone 7b. Class duration 1 hour.
Disaster Preparedness
This online course, taught by volunteers from the American Red Cross, helps prepare Habitat homeowners for the unexpected. From what essentials to pack in an emergency go-bag to how to plan for disasters as a family, this course empowers homeowners to understand, prepare for and respond appropriately to disasters. Class duration 1 hour.
Post-Purchase Education
This in-person course, taught by American Bank of Oklahoma staff, teaches key skills to empower Habitat homeowners for the duration of their mortgage and beyond. Topics include how to work collaboratively with your mortgage lender during financial challenges and how to handle unexpected life events and expenses. Class duration 2 hours.
