Congratulations to our first Buena Vida residents!

Sandra and her daughter have been eagerly watching this 19-home development come together, and now they're ready to welcome family and friends to their new home. "One of the first things we looked at was, where's the patio door? We love cooking out, and now we can go out there and grill and invite the family. That's very important to us." 

In addition to hosting family, Sandra is also happy for the stability homeownership provides. She knows she's setting an example for her daughter: "She deserves that and more. I wanted to show her that she can do the same in the future."
