Please be as specific as possible when filling out request forms.

GENERAL PROJECT TIMELINES

New projects (brochures, webpages, logo, etc) – 4-6 weeks

Update an existing piece – 1-2 weeks

Reprint with no update – 1 week

Special projects, such as video or things requiring research or extensive writing, may take longer than the times outlined about.

The volume of other projects in the works may also effect the delivery of your project

THE PROCESS

1. Fill out the requisition form (greencountryhabitat.org/request) and email it to Chad Hoffman Please be as specific as possible.

2. If needed, Chris Rogers will schedule a meeting to refine the concept and answer any other questions.

3. Your request will be acknowledged, and you will receive a recap with a timeline for your project.

4. You will receive a proof of your project for review.

5. Corrections or refinements will be made.

6. Final approval

7. Production

8. Project delivered and accepted

9. Project closed
