Tulsa Habitat for Humanity partners with hardworking individuals and families from the Tulsa community. Habitat homeowners are picked based on their need, ability to pay, and willingness to partner with us.

Program Requirements


    • Earn 30%-80% of area median income (AMI) as defined by HUD
    • Be a first time homebuyer as defined by HUD
    • Have 12 months of steady income
    • Be a legal US citizen or a permanent resident
    • Be willing to complete sweat equity hours
    • Need better housing
    • Have an acceptable 3-year credit history
    • Be able to provide 1% cash down payment
    • Be willing to partner with Tulsa Habitat and meet all pre and post-purchase program requirements
