Green Country Habitat for Humanity is hosting an in-person Homeowner Orientation for East Tulsa residents on Monday, June 22 from 5:30–6:30 PM at Martin Regional Library (2601 S Garnett Rd, Tulsa, OK 74129).
In this class you’ll learn how our Homebuyer Program creates affordable pathways to homeownership, how to qualify, and whether you may be eligible for forgivable downpayment assistance. Attendance is free and Spanish translation services will be available.

Who Qualifies for a Habitat Home?
More than 50% of Tulsans qualify for our Homebuyer Program based on income alone. So if you check these boxes below, and fall within the income requirements, start your journey to homeownership with Green Country Habitat for Humanity
Eligibility Requirements
Legal U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
A credit score of 600 or higher
Have not owned a home in the last 3 years
Willing to partner with Green Country Habitat to complete Educational Equity Hours
Must fall with income requirements
2025-2026 Income Requirements
