Keys to a Bright Future

Annabelle moved out at 18 and spent years moving from apartment to apartment. Now at 25, she’s putting down roots and building a future full of stability and community for herself. 

She learned about our homeownership program through coworkers who had gone through it themselves. “We’re all doing it together,” she said. “One of my friends just finished, and lives in this neighborhood too.”

Annabelle works in childcare, supporting toddlers who’ve been exposed to substances. It's work that takes a lot of heart...and now she has a peaceful, permanent place to come home to at the end of the day.

Her favorite part of the house? “The kitchen island. I love the kitchen! I’m excited to have this space to cook.”
