Patience Pays Off

James and Micah have worked diligently with GCHFH for the past two and a half years to financially prepare for homeownership, with the goal of providing a safe, healthy home for their two children and a place to plant roots and grow.

Standing in the driveway of their new home, Micah shares his advice for others while James wrangles kiddos more interested in a tiny frog they just found: "Just be patient and don't give up. Follow the steps, work on your credit...it will happen, and it's all worth it."
